A boutique hotel located in the heart of Manhattan, Pestana Park Avenue didn’t originally plan on offering a full food and beverage service in their small seating area. But with our capabilities, we were quickly able to set up a cloud-kitchen based service in less than 3-weeks, where the food was prepared off-site and then served on-site by our servers. We have also hosted three consecutive opening party events with extensive food and bar services and continued to provide our services through boxed meals during Covid-19.


Joe Coffee Company

Joe Coffee Company, a family-owned coffee shop in NYC, reached out to us after seeing our products at a hotel, looking for a partner that was able to deliver quality foods at reasonable prices. With our ability to source sustainable packaging, create custom branding, and communicate directly with each of their store managers based on their individual needs, we were able to expand our services from 2 locations to 14 in under 6-weeks. We are also proud to collaborate on off-premise catering projects together.

As an “affordable luxury hotel” with multiple locations around the world, citizenM needed a local partner that was able to streamline their food services in New York. Starting with their Times Square location, we helped redesign their breakfast menu by creating a buffet program, which drastically increased dining numbers. We then curated staff meal services, providing affordable, well-balanced lunches to more than 60 staff members daily. Whether it was delivering pre-packaged foods, catering opening parties, or offering team training, we are proud of having been able to provide a wide range of services.
